1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 7–10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is processed, it will be prepared for shipment.

Custom or made-to-order items (such as custom coloring) may require additional processing time. 

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We offer the following shipping options:

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by holidays, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package via the carrier’s website.

If you don’t receive a tracking number within 10 business days, please contact us at bousheluxhairextensions@gmail.com.

4. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship within the United States only. 

5. Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order has been shipped, [Your Business Name] is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If there are issues with delivery, please contact the carrier directly.

However, we’re happy to assist you in tracking your order or filing a claim if needed.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect details provided at checkout.
