Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with BouSheLux Hair! We value every customer and strive to provide high-quality hair products and exceptional service. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. However, we do offer store credit in certain cases where the item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order.
1. All Sales Are Final
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for any reason other than receiving a damaged or incorrect item. This includes:

Wigs

Bundles
-
Closures or frontals
This policy is in place for hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a replacement or store credit:

The product must be unused and in original packaging

You must provide photo or video evidence of the issue

You must include your order number and a description of the problem
We will review your claim and respond within 2 business days. If approved, we’ll send a replacement or offer store credit.
3. Store Credit Details

Store credit will be issued in the form of a code or digital gift card

It will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue

Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash
4. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order is in processing or has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.

5. Chargebacks & Fraud
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first to resolve an issue is considered fraud. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks and provide proof of shipment and delivery to your financial institution.
