Lost Package Policy
What should I do if I don't receive my package?
At BouSheLux Hair, we understand how important it is for your order to arrive safely and on time. We do our best to ensure every package is processed and shipped accurately. However, once a package is in the hands of the shipping carrier, certain circumstances may be out of our control.
This policy explains how we handle lost, stolen, or undelivered packages.
1. Tracking & Delivery Confirmation
All orders come with tracking details, which will be sent to you via email once your package ships. It is the customer’s responsibility to track the shipment and ensure someone is available to receive the package upon delivery.
We recommend using a shipping address where deliveries are secure and monitored.
2. Marked as “Delivered” But Not Received
If your tracking information shows that your order was delivered, but you didn’t receive it:

Check around your property (mailbox, porch, side/back doors)

Ask household members, neighbors, or building management

Contact the carrier (USPS) for delivery details

File a claim with the carrier, if needed
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for packages marked as delivered but not received. These must be resolved directly with the shipping carrier.
3. Package Lost in Transit
If your order never arrives and tracking shows no delivery or updates for several days, contact us at bousheluxhairextensions@gmail.com within 7 business days of the last tracking update.
We will:

Investigate with the carrier

Assist you with filing a claim if needed

Offer a one-time store credit or replacement (at our discretion) if the claim is approved or if we determine the package is officially lost
4. Incorrect Shipping Address
BouSheLux Hair is not responsible for lost packages due to:

Incorrect or incomplete addresses entered at checkout

Missed delivery attempts or unclaimed packages
Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately — we may be able to correct it before the order ships.
